MPR IT was founded in 2008, by three Kent-based IT experts who wanted to offer a truly customer-focused service.
Their many years of working within IT at senior level allowed them to identify areas that customer service could very much be improved, with the aim of gaining a reputation for high standards and excellence.

Our History

MPR IT was born following the vision of three Kent based IT experts and engineers: Alex Mendes, Richard Procter and Andy Ransley.

2008

Alex, Richard and Andy started MPR IT, in a garden office with a vision to improve how IT support is delivered.

2008

Moved to our first office at The Glenmore Centre

2012

Awarded the South UK Regional Chamber Of Commerce Excellence in business award for Commitment to People

2014

Moved to Wotton Road to accommodate growing staff

2014

Now employing 12 members of staff

2018

Celebrated 10 years in business

2019

MPR Technical Services was developed, following increasing demands for larger projects in a wide range of new and refurbishment builds.

2019

Moved to Fraser House after having outgrown existing office. This larger premises would facilitate the existing team, but also allow for future growth.

2019

Selected as Finalist in Ashford Business Award in two categories – Small Business Award and Customer Service

2021

Selected as Finalist in Ashford Business Award in two categories – Small Business Award and Customer Service.
