The European School of Osteopathy is a world leading Osteopathic school and with rising student numbers based here in Kent.  They offer a broad programme teaching Osteopathy with a hands on clinic allowing students to graduate with the latest developments within the profession.

One of MPR IT’s long standing clients, the school has looked to MPR IT to provide their IT Support as well as as asking us to implement a number of other projects,  information of which can be found under  various other pages of our website.

As the site and student numbers grow, the school require a reliable and cost effective IT Support package to ensure the education of the students is not compromised.  When they first approached MPR IT they were at a crossroads as  their outdated IT and technology systems where no longer supporting their growing demands.

Project Solution

As with all our clients MPR IT works closely with the IT controller at the school and regularly meet to discuss how we can support the centre on a daily basis.  By using our bespoke tailored approach and following our tried and tested process of design and assess, deployment and implementation, all followed up with our comprehensive support package, MPR IT have been supporting ESO for a number of years now.  Our team have worked closely with key staff and the faculty at ESO to support all aspects of IT Support, providing 24/7 monitoring of the on-site servers as well as daily support for workstations.

The 24/7 monitoring of servers means that even when the school is closed in holiday periods or at weekends we are alerted to any issue and are able to rectify this sometimes without even having to visit the site.  This means that the IT Controller is safe in the knowledge that the school and education of the students is not disrupted at any time.  He may not even know there has been an issue until after resolution.

For workstation support the key staff and faculty can contact MPR IT to discuss any concern directly and with remote access problems can be easily resolved.

ESO have chosen to outsource the IT Support to ensure cost effectiveness and without having to maintain an in-house team and the added concerns this may raise.
